Whereas: 65% of voters oppose an Internet Sales Tax scheme; and

Whereas: The Federal Government will force online retailers to pay for their new revenue scheme, all while raising costs for consumers;

Whereas: Tax collectors in one state will have the backing of the Federal Government to pursue retailers across state lines;

Whereas: Businesses will be flooded out of business due to a tidal wave of new and higher taxes and regulations that threaten the Internet as we know it;

Therefore: I urgently demand you vote against the so-called "Remote Transactions Parity Act" and any other schemes that would create an internet sales tax.
